Organizational aspects of the teacher's relationship with the private university or college

Organizational manifestations are linked to the teaching relationship with the private university or college, despite its inception through a contractual relationship linking the two parties, with the sustainability of academic activity and the requirements for its development and the achievement of quality standards in this activity, as well as the rules of competition in the labor market that necessitate continuous advancement for these private universities and colleges. With its staff in a way that reflects positively on its scientific reputation, which leads to attracting those interested in its educational services. There is no doubt that this competition requires that the teaching and academic staff be linked to the private university or college in an organizational connection in which the will is bound In contrast, the organizational aspects flourish at the level of the university or private college. As for the teaching level, the flourishing of the organizational aspects would achieve social security for the teaching staff, making him reassured about his job position from being subject to the will of the university or college and its personal goals, which are characterized by arbitrariness in the exploitation of the position. Contractual superiority at the expense of the teacher, whether in terms of determining the effects of the contract or in terms of terminating the contract, which perhaps the control of the judiciary may not be effective in guaranteeing the economic rights of the teacher.
