Towards a legal system for experimental medical research (comparative analytical study)

This study seeks to identify the significance of international collective security, in which international community bears responsibility to protect each of its members and watch over them against aggression, and if the problem and crisis of security in the contemporary world has reached a global extent, which means the suffering of all countries of the world from the absence of global peace, and the spread of terrorism in all its types and forms, leading to the deviation of the contents and rules of international collective security, despite the multiplicity of types and dimensions of the international security system, yet the fabric of the idea of international security is one, since the rules of collective security cannot be achieved in isolation from international community.
