Social control between human experiences and divine rules

There is no doubt that the human sociology is an inevitable necessity and a universal Sunnah that God wanted, in order to facilitate the satisfaction of the multiple and varied needs that man is unable to its capabilities and capabilities to satisfy them, and to achieve the purpose of righteousness in the land in cooperation and positive interaction seized for the Almighty saying: {And they cooperate with the righteousness, and the righteousness, and the righteousness, Whoever helps him, God is Powerful, Mighty} ( ). However, this human meeting faces challenges and differences resulting from varying needs and goals at times, and different environments, trends and beliefs at other times. Therefore, societies with their collective minds have adopted preferential rules developed for controls for that meeting in the various activities and actions of different ideologies and components of the environment, as a result of which intellectual and doctrinal trends emerged. And philosophical ones that explain behavior and its motives and set controls for it based on reason and the limited sensory and predictive perception of humanity, so some of them deviated from the logic that is highlighted by the directives and teachings of the Creator of the universe, who surrounds the phenomena of things and creatures and their inward things, and He has everything in measure and will, according to the Almighty’s saying: {Indeed, they are in doubt about meeting their Lord. } ( ) And every behavior is motives and motives, so put in place the social controls that preserve the rights of all except parties and ensure the achievement of goals, and fulfillment of needs in order to lead to peaceful coexistence among people of all walks of life. Therefore, this study revolves around explaining the origins of social control, is it purely human experiences or divine rules?
