Sex change and correction between reality and law (Analytical Study)

Man in our time lives in a state of scientific and civilizational progress that is characterized by rapidity and great change, and among the issues that emerged in this era is the issue of sexual transformation, which began for the first time in the United States of America when Christine Jorgensen announced in 1952 that she had undergone a sex-transformation operation. This issue caused a sensation all over the world, and this operation was for a medical purpose, and it is worth noting that the beginning of the phenomenon of sexual transformation was a result of developments in the medical field, but on the social level many writings about this phenomenon appeared. As for the medical and legal aspect, it is a phenomenon of recent origin, as this phenomenon began to draw the attention of legal scholars in the late twentieth century, and it appeared in European parliaments in the seventies, and among the first countries that cared about this phenomenon legally was Sweden, then most European countries followed it. In the Arab countries, it differs from the countries of the West, because the decisive factor in such matters is Islamic law due to its influence on the legislative organization, and the truth is that the phenomenon of sexual transformation has a clear and significant impact on Arab societies, because the transition in sex entails a set of effects because the shape changes, and the change in The form is followed by a change in the name and type, and this matter has serious social and legal implications.
