Eligibility in Arbitration is an applied study according to UAE law

In this research, we talked about eligibility in Arbitration according to Emirati Law. This research is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, we discuss the required eligibility of the arbitrator. While in the second chapter, we discuss the required eligibility of individuals in the arbitration agreement. In this chapter, we answered several questions, such as the ability of the agent in signing an arbitration agreement, what are the consequences of a minor signing an arbitration agreement. In the third chapter, we discussed the eligibility of a public legal person which is a party to the dispute of the arbitration agreement. Though, we discussed several situations such as: can the ability of the state to agree on arbitration, if yes then who can make such an agreement. Finally, in the last chapter, we discussed the eligibility of the private legal person in the arbitration agreement. We conclude this research with several results, such as the eligibility of public authority in an arbitration agreement to make the agreement by an authorized person, without determining the required eligibility of this person. Moreover, we reached several results, one of the results related to a minor accepting arbitration agreement through the internet.
