The Researchers Concluded: The level of administrative bullying of the officials of the Scout Units in Iraq is at an (average) level. The Researchers Therefore Recommends That: Promote sound awareness through seminars and training courses for camp scouts officials on administrative bullying in the work environment, its manifestations and how to prevent it.
